Ordering through our website is simple and easy. Just click on 'buy' to add the items you would like to your basket. When you are done, click on view basket. You then need to select your location country and the p&p rate will then automatically calculate depending on your location and the weight of the parcel. Once you agree to the terms and conditions, you can proceed to pay by clicking the checkout with paypal button which enables you to either pay with a paypal account or make a credit or debit card payment.


While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. If an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you and offer you a full re-fund or offer you the option of ordering an alternative. You will recieve an order confirmation email to the email address provided.


We normally dispatch most orders within 5 working days (one week), though this may be longer over busy periods and holidays ie; Christmas. If we are unable to despatch your order within 2 weeks, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order. If you need your item sooner, then please contact us by email prior to buying to ensure we can get it to you on time. If you've not recieved your order within 10days then please get in touch and we'll be happy to track it for you and update you on it's status.

Please note that we do not send out a dispatch notification. Items are sent within the specified time frame. If you require an item sooner, we will do our best to achieve this if possible but please contact us prior to purchasing.

Additionally, please note, we will only post items to the address confirmed on your paypal payment, this is an anti-fraud measure to protect both buyer and seller.

Dosmetic (UK)

We use both Royal Mail and My Hermes to send most of our parcels though heavier and larger packages may be sent by an alternative courier service to keep postage costs to a manageable level. All parcels are sent using a trackable method and a signature is required on delivery.

International Shipping

International deliveries are generally sent by Royal Mail international tracked & signed for and your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your order.

There are various customs restrictions for overseas customers which are dependant on your local laws and legislation.
Customs restrictions include jewellery, textiles and clothing to Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Israel & Portugal, headdresses to Sweden , Italy & Portugal and any metal items to the Netheralands or Italy. Orders placed for these items are done so at your own risk, we cannot recover items siezed by customs.

Unfortunately, we are not able to send any of our products to India.

Please note, that customs and import duty are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check your local legislation on this before purchasing to avoid any nasty surprises.


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund or replacement goods.  Please return your items in their original condition to the address on the returns label and drop us a mail so we know to expect a parcel.

We advise that you obtain a proof of postage as goods are your repsosibility until we recieve them back. Please note that return postage and packaging costs are at the buyers expense with the exception of faulty items. We run spot quality checks on our goods before selling but occasionally a faulty piece item may slip through the net. If the product is found to be faulty, we will of course re-imburse the full cost including return postage though this is capped at the value of the original postage from us to yourself, should you choose to upgrade the postal service we will not refund the additional cost.

Vintage/old tribal items and those that are listed as 2nds will not be accepted as faulty items as they are sold as such.

Our return policy allows returns within 28 days from date of order.
