Terms and Conditions

Dispatch Policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 5 working days (one week) unless specified otherwise. If we are unable to despatch your order within this time, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

Prices are correct and final as advertised on the website. The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing costs unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.

Cancellation and Returns

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods.  Our return policy allows returns within 35 days from date of order. Please send an e-mail to let us that you are returning the goods and why. Please note that return postage and packaging costs are at buyers expense and we advise that you obtain a proof of postage as goods are your repsosibility until we recieve them back. If the product is found to be faulty, with the exception of vintage and 2nd quality items that are sold as seen/described, we will of course re-imburse the postage.

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

The Cookie Law is a new piece of privacy legislation that requires websites to obtain consent from visitors to store or retrieve any information on a computer or any other web connected device, like a smartphone or tablet

Cookies are little files that almost all websites use as a kind of memory.  They are stored in your browser and enable a site to 'remember' little bits of information between pages or visits. They are mostly used to make the web experience better, like automatically logging you in to a site on return visits, loading previously viewed images more quickly, or remembering settings like text size.
